My interviews with the Supply chain team were pretty chill and laid-back. The interviewers really made an effort to make me feel comfortable. They wanted to check if my skills were a good match, but also if my personality would fit in. They were dressed casually, but I went with business professional. The interview happened in an HR office, not their own spaces or a conference room. They even offered water and granola bars.
The hiring process for my role was pretty standard. I first had a phone interview with the manager, and then I had an in-person meeting with both the manager and the team. The whole hiring thing moved really fast for me.
It was pretty thorough. They asked a lot about my past experiences and I had to do a case study presentation so be ready for that. Make sure you know your role and how it connects with the company.
