Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty standard interview. Lots of questions about my past jobs and experience. They weren't too flexible with scheduling. I got an offer, but when I tried to negotiate because I had another offer, they said no way.

I met them at the job fair and then had an interview on campus the next day. I was deemed "eligible" but haven't heard back about the outcome. It would have been helpful to know if I got the job or not. I'm unsure about my hiring status.

I had a phone interview that was pretty straightforward, mostly asking about my resume. About two to three weeks later, I learned I advanced to the final interview, which was a video montage. The offer came about four months after that final interview, but they were good about sending monthly emails to confirm I was still being considered and that they were working on finding an office for me.
