Candidate-reported interview process
You'll have about 2 or 3 rounds of interviews. At some point you will meet with the Sales Manager, General Manager, and also get the approval from the Director of Sales. You will also take a personality test.
Got a call from the recruiter a few days after applying. After that, I talked to the person who would be my direct report manager. Then, I had a final chat with my direct manager and the Area VP of Sales. It took quite a while, about 5-6 weeks, but that seems to be how things are done now. It was a really conversational process, which is how sales should be!
First, there was a phone chat with HR. Then, I went for an onsite interview with the Sales Manager and District Sales Manager. The next step was meeting the General Manager for a chat, which was usually over lunch. After that, I had a ride-along day with a driver. The Sales Manager extended the job offer. The training provided was excellent.
