First, there was an MCQ exam covering English, French, AutoCAD, and Excel. This was followed by an interview where they asked about my field of study. It took about two weeks between each step.
The interview at Arab Contractors is a good chance for candidates to show off their civil engineering experience and skills. It's a professional setup, so you gotta be professional and convincing.
