HR reached out quickly via email to set up an interview. It was a video call with two people who asked me some questions about different situations after I talked about my past experience. It was a new interview style for me, but I got the job offer two days later.
The interviewer was nice, the entire interview process was smooth and everyone showed up on time. Phone call--first or second round(i dont remember clearly)--final round. However, after the 3-4 round interviews, there is no respond from them.
I applied online and then had a phone interview with the recruiter two days later. A week after that, I had the 'final' interview with two people, though one person was different than the ones originally in the invite. It's been over a month since then, and I haven't heard anything, even after following up two weeks later. It seems like they ghost candidates and waste time, which isn't a good sign for a potential employer.
