The usual tests are important because you're competing against 20,000 people in Turkey. Then, the video questions are the most crucial part since there's no other step after that.
It was a good experience and I think, I improved myself. They are using an online assignment for a summer internship. You can apply on the platform and the process continues on that platform.
There were a couple of online tests and video interviews. These were standard easy English tests, some kind of IQ quiz, and general questions about background and classes. It took a while for them to respond.
