Candidate-reported interview process

I was called for a phone interview where they asked me to talk about my past scribe experience, which was on my resume. Then, they told me about the company and said they'd let me know about the job logistics and scheduling if they wanted to move forward. That's what happened.

It was a pretty easy interview process. I talked to a recruiter first, and they wanted to know about my medical background (BSc in Health Sciences). Then I was hired and started training the next week.

It was a 30-minute phone call and then I got the job. The call was mainly to sort out a suitable schedule and tell me about the training.
