Had a typical interview process. Spoke with the hiring manager. Then met with some members of the team. Overall, it was a great candidate experience from start to finish. No in-person interview was involved, everything was done via video conferencing.
I had two interviews at the Laurel office. The first was with HR and the second was a panel interview with the Project Manager of the project I would be working on, along with some other team members.
I chatted with four team members, three of whom I knew were coming, but the fourth was a surprise addition. We had a good, easy conversation about the company, the project, my background, my goals, and what they needed. It felt more relaxed and informative than most interviews I've done because it was less formal and structured. They didn't seem to follow strict turns for asking questions; we just talked and covered everything relevant over time.
