AquaTech Swim School Interview Questions

I found the job on Indeed and right away they sent me a one-way video interview. The next day, I got invited for an in-person interview, which I scheduled. The in-person part took about 40 minutes.

Applied on Indeed and got a fast system response for a phone screen. After passing that, I got a link the next day for an in-person interview. The phone screen was about 20 minutes, and the face-to-face was 40 minutes. The questions were pretty simple. The person I met in person asked basically the same questions as the phone screen manager.

It was more of a conversation. It felt like they were looking for a specific kind of person and weren't really open to other ideas on how someone could positively impact their team. He seemed more interested in what was happening around us.
