The interview process was super quick and easy. The questions were mostly common sense, nothing to really stress over, especially if you have lifeguard experience. They also help you get trained and certified to become a lifeguard which is great.

The interviewer asked some really basic questions. I talked a bit about myself. Then they asked why I wanted to work in America. They also asked about my diving depth and swimming endurance. Lastly, they asked about my biking distance. I would not recommend this company though, there are better options out there.
