So the interview was pretty basic. First, I had a screening call. Then I went in for an in-person interview where I met two people who took turns asking me stuff. They were taking a lot of notes and didn't really look at me much. The questions were pretty typical, like asking about my future goals and how I've dealt with disagreements.
It was a normal interview process. I got an email from the recruiter, and then had an initial phone call with them to discuss the job description. After that, I met with the hiring manager and then with someone from a cross-functional department. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary.
The process started with the application, which involved explaining why I wanted the job, sending in my resume and cover letter, and doing a test. Then, I was contacted to set up an interview, and the interviews were done either on Zoom or over the phone.
