The selection process was quite long, about 5 hours long. It involved some 'games' and questions. They also offered an afternoon snack. I got there at 10 am and left at 4 pm.
The interview is all about appearance, they don't even hide it. You need to show up looking sharp, with makeup on and bring your resume. They don't ask a lot of questions, just basic stuff like where you live, if you have kids, and your 10-year goals.
The manager called each person individually to a corner of the store, asked some questions, and took a picture. After that, I could leave. They didn't explain anything about the vacancy or the company, and they never got back to me with a response.
