Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty simple interview for an entry level Project Coordinator role, mostly asking basic knowledge questions. They wanted to know about my ability to use Microsoft programs, my willingness to learn the job, and my interest in the field of work.

It was a phone interview and then an in-person one. It was kinda hard to tell what the job was about and the salary wasn't based on anything.

The team was really welcoming and they know exactly the type of person they want. I'd suggest getting better at spreadsheets and word processing because it's a big part of the job.
