It was a quick, tough interview, about 40 minutes. They gave us some sheets to do a test, and all the colleagues left very quickly. They finished it. When I asked, they told me it included topics they didn't know.
The interview was conducted at the Athens branch. The interviewer came across as arrogant and incredulous, showing skepticism initially. However, upon being presented with my letter of recommendation, their demeanor shifted. They attempted to dissuade me by emphasizing the job's difficulty and the high rate of attrition among new hires within a few months.
I got a message on LinkedIn from a recruiter. My first chat was with them over the phone. A few days after that, I had an interview with my direct supervisor. Then, 5 days later, I interviewed with the VP of Sales. After 4 days, they sent me an email saying I didn't get the job.
