Candidate-reported interview process

It was a great experience. They went through every single point on my resume, and also tested my behavioural skills. They asked a lot of questions about my projects and previous work experience.

HR and the initial hiring manager will ask you questions just to get to know you and see if you communicate efficiently based on your past experiences. The technical interview focuses on Windows and troubleshooting, assessing your IT knowledge and problem-solving skills. If you have good skills in these areas, you won't have a hard time.

Had an interview with two company representatives, one the direct supervisor and the other the division director, in English and German. The hiring process followed German customs. Right from the start, it was a very good, constructive conversation with clear communication at all times regarding the decision and next steps. I immediately felt that it was a good fit.
