I interviewed with the VP and a developer. It was a good and easy interview. They mostly asked about my past projects and some technical questions. They were really friendly and positive during the interview. However, I never got any feedback or response from them afterward.
I applied and the COO called me for a phone interview. Then I had a personal interview with the COO, although they mentioned the HR manager is usually present. Finally, I had a final interview with the owner. The HR manager called me back with a job offer, and they sent a benefits sheet and written offer.
The interview process started with a panel of two people asking a series of questions. It's really important to research the company, knowing about its history and its diverse products because that's important for this role. A solid accounting background and customer service skills are a must for this technical support position.
