So after my phone screening with the recruiter from LinkedIn, I had my first technical interview about a week later. I passed that one, and then the next week they moved me to the final round, which had 3 interviews total: 2 technical ones and 1 behavioral one. They mentioned I could split up the final round interviews over 2 days if I wanted, but I just did them all in one day.
A recruiter reached out to me, and the conversation was nice. The technical interviewer, however, seemed disengaged. After a technical challenge, they asked if I had questions, and seemed pained by my inquiries, giving very short answers. The next day, I got an automated rejection, suggesting I wasn't the type of 'code monkey' they sought.
The interviewers (both of them) were indifferent and contributed a lot to my stress. They turned off their webcams multiple times during the interview, which made me think I was that bad. However, I liked their recruiter. I am happy that I failed that interview and hope to never work with these developers in any other company.
