The interview process was good, nothing specific to highlight. There were 3 interviews total: a skills assessment, and then interviews about culture and history. It was very basic, really nothing much to say about the process itself. The team was very friendly.
The process kicked off with a couple of initial phone screens. After that, there was an online live coding interview, and then it wrapped up with four in-person interviews. I felt good about all the stages; they really dug into my background, personality, and skills more than usual.
I applied online and then a recruiter contacted me to set up an initial phone screen. After that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The next steps would be meeting with the VP of customer success and the CEO, where I'd need to give a presentation on a topic I'm an expert in.
