Aptive's interview process was really fast and simple. It started with an HR chat, then a panel interview with the contract leads. Everything was done online.
So the interview process wasn't too tough. First, I had a chat with a recruiter, then I interviewed with the hiring manager. I heard back about a week after that last interview.
I had two zoom interviews. The first was a general interview, and the second interview was with my direct report. Also, I had to do a quick online assessment.
