Aptean Junior Engineer interviews, decoded.

The company visited our college during my final year for recruitment. The interview process involved an initial video interview with HR, followed by a technical round, and then a final HR round. My performance in the technical interview, which focused on C programming knowledge despite the role being in C#, led to an internship offer. Based on my internship performance, I was converted to an Associate Engineer.

The technical interviews were pretty solid, they weren't looking for exact code, just if you knew the logic, that's what would help you pass.

I found this opportunity through an Instagram post. The interviewer's approach was quite amazing, warm welcoming, and very motivating. I think this is a good start for a fresher.
