Aptean Engineer interviews, decoded.

So my interview process with Aptean was pretty good. It started with HR calling me about the job. Then I had a technical round where they checked my core concepts and asked me to write some code. After that, I talked to the Project Manager. Then came another face-to-face technical round where they tested my skills more. There was a quick HR chat too, to see if I fit with the company culture and rules. The last step was talking to the VP. Oh, and I also had to do this situation-based test on Mettl. They did a good job with each round, and the team made it feel easy and supportive.

The interview started with a written aptitude test, then a group discussion, and finally a manager interview. All three stages felt straightforward and manageable.

The interview and recruitment process was smooth. I was kept informed about every step. My recruiter, Swaty Nautiyal, was very helpful and deserves a special mention. The interview questions were good for testing knowledge and tech exposure.
