It was a long interview process with multiple rounds. First, I had a phone call with a recruiter. Then, there were more video interviews with different managers to see if I'd fit in. Unfortunately, I got ghosted after what seemed like the final round.
It was a decent interview process. Just trying to get to 30 words don’t really care how many more words do I need.
The interview process had 2 stages. The in-person interview was with the manager and a department member. The manager was nice and polite, but the other person wasn't. This created an odd dynamic, but it was just one person. Everyone else I talked to was great.
