Candidate-reported interview process
After a call with the recruiter, I had to do an Assessment first. Then a call with the Hiring Manager, then another call with the regional VP and a final call with the CRO.
I was referred in and had my first interview, then a second interview, and a presentation. Despite my ERP experience and big wins in Food and Beverage, I was rejected because the new manager, a newly promoted AE, felt threatened by me. Joke.
They said they would move forward with me, but then the recruiter left for a new job and I haven't heard back since. I reached out to a couple of other people but never got a response because they were on vacation.
