Candidate-reported interview process

I applied on the company website. I got a call from HR, and then had an HR interview with HR questions. After that, I had an interview with the manager with technical questions. Then, an onsite interview with technical questions. Finally, a phone call for salary and benefits negotiation (meal voucher, remote work). It was a standard hiring process. The questions weren't hard.

The interview process was pretty relaxed, and the questions they asked were straightforward. They mainly wanted to gauge my genuine interest in the role. The management team was approachable and not overly demanding. I received a job offer on the same day as the interview because they were in urgent need of staff.

It was a really good experience overall. People from different parts of the company spoke with me to figure out the best spot for me. The only downside was that they didn't cover travel costs.
