Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty typical interview process. The initial screening happened via email, which was a bit unusual instead of a phone call. Then, I had a panel interview. The panel interview consisted mostly of STAR questions, and it wasn't overly challenging.

First there was a quick phone call to screen me, and then about two weeks later I had a one-hour panel interview with three people. It was mostly behavioral questions and asking about why I'm interested in the company. Everyone was really nice.

There were 2 interviews in total. The first one was with a panel of simulation team leads. The second interview was a "getting to know you" type of chat with the leader, and it wasn't technical at all. All questions were based on the STAR methodology.
