The interview process was great. The people were really nice and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. They did a good job at describing the company and the role, so I had a clear understanding of what I could be doing there.
I had 4 online interviews with different people over two weeks. The interviewers seemed relaxed. After the interviews, I was told I'd be contacted. I waited a week, emailed for an update, got no reply, emailed again, and still no reply. I emailed a third time and still haven't heard back. It seems like another company that ghosts candidates after they put in the effort for four interviews. Good thing I dodged this bullet if this is their attitude.
I went through two 30-minute virtual interviews. It was pretty straightforward but lacked energy. The interviewers seemed nice, but it was evident that interviewing wasn't their favorite part of their job.
