Candidate-reported interview process

First, you'll have a chat with HR, then you'll talk with the hiring manager(s) who will check your technical skills, experience, and if you're a good fit. Finally, you'll meet with senior leaders before they decide on hiring.

The interview was pretty straightforward and mostly focused on behavioral questions. Since I don't have prior tax experience, there were no technical questions. You don't need to be anxious about it.

The interview process was relaxed and I got quick responses for the first and second rounds. The interviewers were easy to talk to. First, I spoke with the recruiter, then a senior associate, and finally a manager.
