Two virtual interviews happened back-to-back. Mostly personal questions. Your leadership experiences will be really helpful, and don't be afraid to share them. Looking up the company's website beforehand will help you answer questions.
The first interview round was short and straightforward. It mainly focused on what was expected of me and the working hours during this winter internship. I was told that since it's busy season, a lot will be expected.
The interview process was great and super organized. There was one interview, and then another one the following week. I got feedback quickly, and I really connected with the partners who seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me, which turned out to be the case.
