It was really conversational, like they wanted to know me as a person and see if I'd be a good fit for the team culture. The interview was super laid back and they mostly asked about my history and fun stuff.
The whole process lasted about a month. It started with a recruiter screening, followed by two more interviews with managers. It was pretty chill and I actually enjoyed it. The questions they asked weren't crazy or super hard. Everyone I met was really nice and they were cool with me asking tons of questions, which they happily answered. The talent acquisition team was quick and always in touch after each interview. You never had to guess what was happening next or if they were still interested.
There were three interviews in total. I first spoke with a recruiter from Aprio. Then, I interviewed with the team I would be joining. Finally, there was a third interview that included a partner.
