Had a few rounds with partners. They asked behavioral and technical questions, so definitely bring your accounting skills and CPA knowledge. It was more behavioral than technical. Be ready to discuss projects from your previous jobs, your management approach, and the systems you've worked with.
First, I had a phone chat with the recruiter. Then, I went through 2 panel interviews with the management team. Both were conducted on Teams. The interview process was enjoyable, and I learned a lot about Aprio and what the day-to-day responsibilities would entail.
The interview process was very straightforward and smooth and was conducted in a reasonable time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful; they answered all the questions I had regarding the company.
