I had an initial chat with my future manager and a teammate. Then, a more rigorous meeting with the SVP and VP. After getting the offer, HR was a bit slow with the paperwork, but overall it was a pretty straightforward process.
The recruiter was very nice and communicative. It was a three-round process with a final PowerPoint presentation. The interview with the President and COO was tough; he was rude, late, and clearly didn't want to be there. The process wasn't hard, but the vibe wasn't welcoming. The presentation felt like a waste of time. Given the turnover, I wouldn't bother.
Had a call with the hiring manager about a Senior Solutions Consultant role. They mentioned it requires 10 years in presales or postsales with technical expertise in implementation, customization, and integrations. They said the role paid $150k+, which seemed fair, but then they offered $80k base with a $20k sales incentive, which felt way too low and like a waste of time.
