I applied online because the CEO came highly recommended. I got a response within 72 hours. Had a screening and was immediately moved to interview with their new head of product marketing, who has been in the role for less than a month. I was never told what my next steps were but I got a survey asking me to rate my candidate experience. This place is a total Bro shop! The reviews about “management” are not inaccurate.
So, first you usually do an online test for basic tech and analytical stuff. Then there's a technical round where you gotta talk about networking, Linux, certs, troubleshooting, and like, real-world problems. After that, a manager interview checks if you communicate well, handle customers, work with others, and how you approach tough problems. Lastly, an HR round for culture fit, pay, and when you can start.
First, there was an online test, and 48 people were chosen to come to the office. They started by explaining the company, then there was a written coding test. After that, some people went to a group discussion, followed by technical and HR interviews.
