It was a two-round process, starting with a resume review and ending with a final technical interview. You should know your robotics/kinematics basics really well, and also optimal control and optimization based motion planning. C++, software best practices, and ROS knowledge are also important. It wasn't super intense, and the interviewers were nice. I didn't get any feedback though.
The interview process started with a recruiter screen over the phone. This was followed by a coding round. Next, there was a technical round with the team lead where we discussed my experience with testing and my resume. Finally, there was an online panel interview that included technical questions.
The tech round was all about modern C++ and C++ concepts, like smart pointer vs raw pointer, virtual vs pure virtual, and the STL library. They also asked about tools used in the industry for debugging and testing.
