AppsTek Interview Questions

It was a 3 step interview process: understanding my job capabilities, Technical round (with Quick interview process) Hr round and then salary negotiations with the reporting manager at the Appstek corp office in Hyderabad, India.

We looked at your resume to see if you had the right skills, experience, and education. Then, an HR person talked to you about your background, why you want to work here, and if you'd fit in. After that, you had a coding test covering JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS. Next, there was a technical interview where they asked hard questions and had you code live. We also had a system design interview where you talked about design patterns and building scalable apps. Finally, you met with senior management to discuss vision and long-term goals. We ended with an offer discussion to sort out salary, benefits, and your start date.

There were 2 technical rounds, each about an hour long. The discussion was more of a technical conversation than a formal interview. I'd advise focusing on technology and the fundamentals of app development.
