Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was simple and direct. They mainly wanted to see if I was a motivated person who would work on a 10-99. The questions were mostly goal-focused. All the interviews were done over Zoom.

It was easy, friendly and informative. The interviewer was easy to talk to and not at all overly intense. He just wanted to hear about my work history and sales background and then proceeded to tell me about the sales rep role. He mostly just told me about the job and broke down the payment system. It’s a 1099 job not a w2 (salary) sales position.

They got back to me quickly and were really good at explaining the interview. I got to find out about the company, and they learned about me. It was about 30 minutes and felt very professional.
