Candidate-reported interview process

It was a typical multi-stage interview process, featuring one-on-one meetings with a presentation. The team was prepared, thoughtful, and engaged, which was appreciated and made a great first impression. The interview process was managed as well as could be expected during COVID. With that said, make the most of your questions because you don't have an opportunity to vet things in person.

This interview process was really tough and took a lot of time, honestly it was the most demanding one I’ve interviewed for. They did a good job though of giving me a sense of the company by having me meet with several people who I think were also assessing if I’d be a good cultural fit.

The process was quite long, involving meetings with the local country manager, a direct report, the VP, and HR. It spanned three weeks. I had to do a role-play exercise to test my negotiation skills, using a specific SaaS case study.
