AppsFlyer Sales Manager interviews, decoded.

What a terrible and unprofessional experience. It took ages between interviews, sometimes months. After the final interview I had, they emailed me almost three months later to say my application was still being considered. Also, one time, the interviewer rescheduled the round only 90 minutes before it was supposed to start, which meant the time off I took from my job was completely wasted. They were also really bad at communicating throughout the whole process. Honestly, I wouldn't bother applying unless you're a referred candidate or used to work there.

First meeting: meet with the direct manager, then with a trusted team member. Second meeting: meet with 3 team members (including the manager) for a group panel where I had to sell them their own product/services. Third meeting: meet an HR representative to discuss the company and to find out more about me and professional goals.

The interview process was good, very structured, and had high expectations. The HR person was professional and helpful, which gave a good impression of the company culture.
