The interview was scheduled quickly. The process itself was straightforward and well-organized. It was, as anticipated, quite challenging with numerous stages. All interviewers were very transparent, helpful, and clear about what they were looking for.
The whole thing took about a month. First, I had a call with the head of HR. Then, I spoke with the Director of Sales. After that, I went to the office for interviews with three Account Executives. Next up was a call with the VP. Then, another phone interview with a different Director of Sales. After that, I had a call with the General Manager for the US. Then they did reference checks. Finally, there was a last call and they gave me an offer.
Started with a screening call with HR, then moved to a call with the SDR Manager. After that, there was a home assignment asking about the company, motivation, and approach, followed by a cold mock call. Then, I had a call with the region manager, and finally, the HR fit final process.
