AppsFlyer Product Manager interviews, decoded.

I had a home assignment for the Product Manager role at Appsflyer. I had to present it to a group of managers for an hour in English. It took me a week, including two weekends, to prepare. During the presentation, some interviewers were in and out, missing parts, and asked to re-cover already presented slides. One interviewer was late and another left early. They seemed rushed and asked me to switch to Hebrew to summarize and jump to the end, even though I had 30 minutes left. This cut my presentation time in half, and I could only cover 20% of my work. I felt disappointed and shocked by the unprofessional and incompetent behavior, which was insulting and a waste of my time.

The process included a product sense interview, a home assignment that I presented in person, an interview with the hiring manager, two rounds focused on leadership, and finally, an HR discussion. The whole thing was clear, communicated well, and transparent from the start.
