Candidate-reported interview process
Had a ZOOM call with the team lead. After a personal interview, I was asked some business questions and a short SQL question related to the business. After that interview, I had another interview with the department manager. It was just a personal interview with no professional questions.
The interview process was really good and professional. I had one phone interview, one technical interview, and two personality interviews. Everyone I met during the process was professional, but more importantly, they were really nice and friendly.
Had a phone interview initially, and they mentioned a home assignment would be required before the on-site interview. I completed the assignment, which was quite time-consuming, and sent it over, but I never heard back. I sent two reminders and requested feedback, but there was no response. It was a really disrespectful experience, and I have no interest in working for a company like this.
