AppsFlyer Account Manager interviews, decoded.

The HR manager was very lax, sending me the final presentation case 2 days before the presentation. Besides that, the process as a whole was quite smooth, apart from the lack of interest from HR.

First, there were 2 or 3 videos where I had to answer questions in English, and I had plenty of time to prepare and practice. Then, I had an interview with HR, also in English. Even though it didn't lead to the next step, it was very relaxed and the person made me feel comfortable sharing my experience.

So there were like 5 rounds in total. It started with a screening call with the recruiter, and then each subsequent round was a one-on-one with a manager, and I went up the ladder to the final round. The first two managers really dug into my skills and experience for the role. The last two managers were more focused on why I want this job and my career goals.
