I had a phone screen with HR, then a call with a peer. After that, I had a team meeting with a few peers and management. They asked standard background and "how would you handle this" type questions. Everyone was friendly and professional. I thought they were going to make an offer, but then they went silent. By the time I got the message about another meeting, I had already accepted another offer.

The hiring process was really smooth, taking about 3 weeks from the initial contact to the offer. I had great conversations with senior executives, which made me feel confident about how I could work with them on future client meetings. An internal recruiter managed the process, along with the external recruiter who initially found me. The hiring manager was also very involved and responsive.

We started with recording ourselves answering two questions, which felt a bit weird but I got why they do it. Then, I had a chat with the hiring manager. The last step was a presentation. The recruiter was super helpful and available the whole time.
