I had a good chat with the team lead, it was pretty relaxed and went well. They said they'd set up another interview in the next day or two. But then, nothing. Total silence. I later heard from people that the job had been given to someone else. It's not about not getting an offer, it's the way communication just stopped out of nowhere. Really not a good way to do business.
It was a pretty standard interview process. They started with a phone screen, then an initial in-person interview, and finally, a second in-person interview. The first two interviews went great, but the final one felt rushed and the interviewer seemed short on time. Despite that, the company atmosphere was great and everyone I met was top-notch. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
Interviewed with supervisors who asked general questions about my experience with hosted Exchange and O365 knowledge. Did a simulated support call where they checked my reaction. HR gave me an offer a few days later.
