We had a personalized interview with a manager from Apprentis d’Auteuil where we discussed the missions of Apprentis d’Auteuil and the possibilities for involvement within the association. We also talked about my motivations for joining the association.
I applied and got a quick reply from HR who offered me an interview. At the end of the interview, I was told there would be a response time and despite following up, I haven't heard back even for a rejection. They should review how they handle candidates.
The hiring process involved 4 interviews: one with HR, two with the hiring team (the person leaving the role and the future manager), and one with the regional director. There were also 3 Assessfirst tests and a 1-hour debrief session about them, making it a quite extensive process. I went through all stages except the final one with the regional director, so it was a very thorough process that took 3 weeks. After the debrief, I didn't hear back despite sending 4 follow-ups.
