The interview was easy, with light questions, nothing difficult. The interviewer was very nice and attentive, a 10 out of 10. It was easy, with light questions, nothing difficult. The interviewer was very nice and attentive, a 10 out of 10.
The interview was only 15 minutes long, and it felt more like they were looking for a sales manager who could boost sales, not a content and instructional designer. The questions were poorly structured. At the end, the interviewer mentioned that they deliberately keep interviews to 15 minutes to see if I could pitch in 5 minutes, which I found odd. I thought the interview was about instructional designing and development, but it seems these small training organizations don't know how to separate sales from training.
