I interviewed with Shubha Chavan for the Technical Project Manager role at Appnovation Technologies. She was very professional and friendly. She asked good questions about my technical skills, project management abilities, and leadership potential. It felt like they really want to hire the right person. Shubha communicated clearly about the interview steps and was responsive. She also explained the company's goals and the job duties well, which made me more interested. Overall, it was a great experience.

It was a pretty quick process. I had to answer questions about my experience and also some about my personality. I talked to three people from the company, all at different levels. It started with a phone interview and then I had two more Zoom calls.

I had an initial screening with HR, then an in-person meeting with the VP in Toronto. After that, I met with the Scrum Master and Program Manager for a second round. Finally, I received an email with the offer.
