Candidate-reported interview process

So first it was an online HR interview. Then the next step was with the country head and the South East Asia head. And there was a presentation that was assigned to test your skills and knowledge about the study destination.

The first two rounds were for screening and evaluating candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit. These usually involved interviews with HR or team members to find those with basic qualifications who could move on. The third round was the final one, aiming to get a deeper look at the candidate's capabilities, personality, and overall potential contribution.

First, an HR interview covering basic information. Second, an interview with your director about your targets and goals. Third, a peer interview involving group work and team adaptation. (It wasn't too difficult for me, but the salary wasn't really worth a more in-depth interview either).
