Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process felt a bit drawn out, and some interviewers seemed disengaged, not fully paying attention during the calls. Overall though, the communication was okay.

The interview process had 3 steps, which was pretty good in my opinion: a phone screen, an interview, and then a Culture Fit. I had a good experience with it. No questions were difficult to answer, to be honest.

It started with a phone call, then they booked an interview. I met with three people in person. Then they called me 3 days later with an offer. It moved quickly. They asked to record the interview.
