Personal questions: personal and personality related questions. Given the lack of real experience, attitude and character are paramount. There were questions about studies; other small jobs, even if they were not related to the offered position, and personal experiences and how they were faced.
The selection process was straightforward and quick from the moment they reached out. The platform for prior courses could use some optimization, but the courses themselves are simple.
It was good, but long. We did a bunch of calls and then a couple of interviews. Serious questions about technical studies and past professional experience. Generally a good experience.
