First, there was a phone call to screen candidates, then an in-person interview with a panel. It did take a while for me to hear back from the recruiter concerning my job offer, so don't be discouraged if you don't hear back immediately after the interview.
Had a quick 5 minute phone call where they asked basic questions like why I wanted to join the company and if I had experience with certain software. They said they'd follow up with an in-person interview, but I never heard back from the ATS system after that.
It was very informal and casual. We took a tour of the testing labs and they gave a brief description of the job. I met members of the team. Then there was a phone interview with a Professional Engineer after meeting with the consulting manager.
